Vehicle will be off hired when its been returned to the specified de-fleet centre or has been collected by ourselves (collection cost can be quoted at the time of return request). Unlike other flexible car subscription providers, you will only pay for the time in the vehicle, unless otherwise agreed. Advertised rental is based on 1 x Rental taken upfront plus a documentation fee, subsequent payments will be taken by Direct Debit 1 month after the date of delivery, unless otherwise agreed. Additional Details: Short Term Flexible Car Subscriptions from this supplier are usually new or pre-registered, with delivery mileage. We occasionally advertise vehicles that have been previously hired, these may not be noted on the vehicle details, a member of the team can provide the current mileage and condition of the car. Full maintenance is included if specified, Tyre Provision is included if specified (except accidental damage, punctures, etc.), Manufacturer’s 24hr Breakdown Assistance is included with the vehicle (please refer to the manufacturers website for more information).

If the vehicle has app functionality, some or all of the features may be unavailable due to the nature of the service offered. You will only receive 1 key with the vehicle.

Taking Your Vehicle Abroad: You will not have permission to take your vehicle abroad without written notification from the vehicle supplier. Before taking your vehicle abroad you will require a VE103B On-Hire Certificate, this shows that the vehice is on-hire to yourself and you have permission to take the car abroad. You will also require to provide proof of fully comprehensive insurance whilst abroad and European Breakdown Assistance. You will not be able to take the car out of the UK for any longer than 30 days and all VE103B’s are accepted on a case-by-case basis. Prices advertised are based on taking the vehicle on a day minimum qualifying period (unless otherwise advertised), rentals shorter than this period will be subject to a surcharge of at least 1.5 times the rental and if applicable, the delivery charge will be payable. Are these vehicles new?

Our month to month car leases are less than 12 months old, although usually new with low mileage. Please speak to a member of the team at the point of enquiry and they will confirm.

What is the lead time for this short term car lease?

We have an extremely quick turnaround on our month to month car leases and most advertised cars will be in stock and ready to go.

If you already have a credit line in place, these can be delivered the next work day (subject to availability).

If you reuire an account or a credit line, our underwriting team can get this set up and we aim to deliver within 3-5 working days.

Is insurance included with this month-to-month car lease?

No, you will need to provide fully comprehensive insurance with this vehicle or a fleet policy that covers the vehicle as per the terms of the agreement.

Is maintenance included with this short term car lease?

Maintenance is Included with this month to month car lease.

The maintenance program covers services, oil changes and in some cases tyres.

Damage caused by the driver is not covered with the maintenance cover.

Is road fund licence included?

Yes, road tax is included in all of our contracts.

Do you offer no credit check short term car leases?

No, all of our customers are required to go through credit checking. Our experienced underwriters may also look at affordability and stability with residential and employment history.

Is there a documentation fee?

Yes, we currently charge a documentation fee on this month-to-month car lease of £195.00 + VAT. This is payable upon ordering the vehicle along with the initial rental.

Are there any administration fee’s?

Yes, we charge administration charges for receiving offences such as speeding infringments, parking charge notices, bounced direct debits and late payment charges. A full list of charges can be requested before you enter into any contracts.

How much does it cost to have the vehicle delivered?

Delivery in England and Wales is free of charge. We do however charge for delivery to Scotland and Northern Ireland.

How much does it cost to have the vehicle collected?

You can return the vehicle back to the specified de-fleet centre free of charge. Alternatively, we can collect the vehicle at a fee of £1.25 + VAT per mile from your postcode to the specified de-fleet centre.

When do I have to pay?

You have to pay your initial rental and documentation fee at the point of ordering, should you cancel an agency maybe payable but this will clearly be displayed on the order form. If you have not signed an order form and wish to cancel, no charge is applicable.

Monthly rentals are due usually 1 month after the delivery date, we offer the option to move the direct debit to a specified date but this maybe subject to a pro-rata payment.

A direct debit must be in place at all times, we may also request a backup credit or debit card to be kept on our stripe payments system in case your payment should fail.

How do I terminate my month-to-month car lease?

As this is a month to month car lease, to get the best price you need to keep the car for a minimum of 90 days, however, you can send it back early and pay the higher rate of £1273.50 + VAT

All payments are pro-rated so you only pay for the time in the vehicle.

To off hire the vehicles, simply complete the RETURN VEHICLE REQUEST FORM and we will aim to process your return within 5 working days.
